3rd Annual Female Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp!

Hey Guys!

It’s that time again for our summer programs for athletes! I just completed the registration form for the female strength camp. I am very excited about this year’s program format. I am running a camp with two different session options-

Monday and Wednesday from 11am-12pm or you can come Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm-1pm.

I have given these options because so many athletes are playing summer ball or travel league and I want them to be able to have the option to come to a camp that will benefit them. I am even open to having the athletes mix days during the week if their schedule does not allow one of the options above. I want to be able to be flexible around the athlete’s schedule this summer so I can help better them at their sport for their upcoming season or off season.
